Dom Pérignon is Moët & Chandon's vintage-only prestige cuvée, blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir across Champagne's grands crus and released after a minimum of about eight years on lees. Volume is undisclosed but large — the trade assumes millions of bottles per vintage — which gives it the deepest liquidity of any Champagne on the secondary market. Plénitude 2 (P2) re-releases the same vintage after about fifteen years.
