Vosne-Romanée has about 150 hectares of village and premier cru vineyard and six grands crus totalling around 75 hectares (with Flagey-Échezeaux's two). Domaine de la Romanée-Conti's monopoles sit here. SAFER's grand cru averages, already in the millions per hectare, understate what these sites would fetch, because they do not trade.
